2013 QUAD SCRIMMAGE AT VERNON
Vernon New Jersey tested their mettle recently during a quad scrimmage which they hosted. Invited teams included Passaic, West Milford and Teaneck. The Sussex County town sits nestled in rolling hillsides and has all the fresh air that s needed when training hard for any arduous sport sport ranging from cross country track to football. Though the skies were sunny the heat was intense enough to require ample hydration of the athletes, so the water flowed almost non stop. The athletic talent on most of these teams also flows in abundance and there was plenty of horsepower in reserve to get the job at hand done.
