Level 1 high school football can be an interesting time for young athletes. Having just landed on the latest flight from youth football, these future stars bring all of the playfulness and and smiles that come with their age, yet they're showing glimpses of that future athletic greatness that will mark their high school careers. So those cool fall Saturday mornings are reserved for freshmen and they look forward to it .That was certainly the case as Tea neck's freshmen Highwaymen hosted Lakeland Regional's Lancers. If you want to know what next year's crop looks like, all we can say is that things are looking up for the future, for both teams.
